Ask the Rabbi - Basic Concepts

what first: Redemption or rebuilding of Beit Mikd

BS”D

Shalom Rav Sherki and other Rabbanim,

sorry that I am approaching you through this site and not by telephone, but I am now again in Holland.

In ‘010 I got divorced here in Holland. I was not willing to give the get as I knew my former wife was trying to alienate my 3 children from me and also took them away from Israel by using lies and tricks. Under pressure from the Dutch Rabbinate I gave her the get, knowing and telling them that I would loose the battle in seeing my children. But the Dutch Rabbinate did not care about this, even knowing that she lied to the Beit-Din and despite the warning that she would stop raising my children Jewish (she converted to Judaism in Machon Orah under hashgacha of rav Dikevitch in ‘003).
Besides this she is also spreading lies about me, telling people I raped her, I abused her, etc and even filing a false police report and statements about this on Shabbat!!

Now, the result is that I am not seeing my children anymore (last two years only for 22 hours) and that my children do not get any Jewish education (ages 7, 6 and 4). And all she does in un-lawfully, so could get her imprisonment.

But, you will have to know that Rav Mordechay Eliyahu Z”TzL warned me in ‘008 personally not to leave Israel as what he said: HaBeracha Shayechet laAretz. I told him I would have to leave with my wife and children to Holland as I can not leave them alone and as a father and a husband I started this Jewish family.

So now I have a question:
Because my life is on hold and I do not know what to do: A kosher Jewish wife is almost impossible to find in Holland, so restarting a family here is barely possible.
Fighting for my children, the custody and their education takes years and only when one is in Holland.
As I see parallels with destruction of the Beit-Hamikdash (as a divorce is compared to the destruction of the Temple) and my 3 children (3 galuyot: one born Bein heMetsarim in J’lem, one born on Yom Kipur in J’lem and the other one also born on Y”K but in Holland) I wonder what comes first: Rebuilding the temple (so: remarry) and then the in-gathering of the exiles (my 3 children).

And please note, my Rabbi here in Holland, a Dayan, asked me to ask this question to a bigger rabbi as he did not know what to answer. I argued that fighting for my children is a D’óraita as the Thora mentions multiple times in Shema: VeShinantam leVanega/VeLimatem otam/etc. So I hold that fighting for the Geula and their education is more important than me rebuilding. He holds: rebuild with a new wife, restart my life and see what will happen.

Can you please advise?

If needed you can call me here in Holland if you have more questions. I still speak Hebrew 🙂
