The Dutch Noahides (2008) has merged with Ohel Abraham.
The Dutch Noahides (Noachieten Nederland), which was founded in 2008, merged with a new organization in 2013, called Ohel Abraham, the tent of Abraham. Since then our target group is no longer confined to Noahides but also includes the thousands of Jews living in Rotterdam who do not visit the local synagogue (*kirub*). This means we are a mixed community where Jews and non-Jews share a common interest in Torah.
We hope that this initiative will support the already existing synagogue in Rotterdam. That is why we have our Shabbat services in the afternoon. During these services we read and study the Torah and recite prayers from our own prayerbook with special instructions for Noahides. We are now planning for family days where children learn the aleph-bet, sing Jewish songs and enjoy kosher food.
